Configuration and planning

Confirm the sport, playing envelope, clear height, run-off zones, occupancy and lighting. The selected air-supported system requires designed pressure control and continuous air supply, with backup power, alarms and operating procedures reviewed for the project. Confirm pressure-controlled entry, emergency egress, ventilation, heating or cooling, membrane restraint, perimeter anchors and drainage. Sports layout and surface requirements are assessed separately.

Project assessment

Site-specific wind and snow conditions, foundations, fire requirements, local approvals and operating responsibilities must be confirmed. No standard temperature range, universal structural performance, certification, lead time or energy-saving percentage is promised.
