Mobile Inflatable Cold Storage

Produce cold storage and seasonal cold-chain capacity, subject to load and hygiene assessment.

Configuration and planning

Confirm the required storage temperature, incoming product temperature, pull-down duty, loading schedule and site climate. Refrigeration capacity, insulation, vapour control, floor insulation, drainage and air circulation require supplier confirmation. Storage and pre-cooling duties are different: pre-cooling must be assessed separately. The support method may use inflated structural elements or another supplier-approved system; the complete room is not automatically a continuously pressurised air-supported dome. Confirm blower duty, redundancy, pressure monitoring where applicable, door operation, power and maintenance responsibilities.

Project assessment

Site-specific wind and snow conditions, foundations, fire requirements, local approvals and operating responsibilities must be confirmed. No standard temperature range, universal structural performance, certification, lead time or energy-saving percentage is promised.
